My America by Ulli Lommel

From Sea to shiny Sea,
Do I revere and honor thee.
Stars and stripes, red, white and blue,
The most loving and generous people,
Have come together in you.
No power on earth has ever been,
So benign and tolerant,
That's all I have ever seen.
No wars have been fought,
No sacrifices  been made,
Without noble intentions,
And Greatness alone is your fate.
From the Mountains to the Prairie,
From Beginning to the End,
God is with you, all the Way,
You are the Splendor, the Chosen,
I love you, I adore you, is all I can say.
They envy you, they want you destroyed,
They hate you, they threaten
To blow up your world, your beautiful cities,
Your fruitful, majestic land.
But nothing shall harm you,
They will never succeed.
I have endless faith in you, America,
Keep shining, keep guiding and stay the course,
God bless you, the Greatest Power,
The clearest Vision and the strongest Heart,
This world has ever seen.
Christ is my Witness, America the Great,
Keep shining Forever, it is your Fate.
Spread Love, Compassion and Freedom
The Virtues you so firmly believe in,
No Stars shine brighter than yours,
No Challenge that cannot be met.
It's your Destiny to lead the World,
Through good and bad Times,
In War and in Peace.
I love and adore you, America,
The Land of my Dreams.
